Affiliate Marketing Ebook – Which Can Make You The Most Revenue?

June 8th, 2008 by Administrator

I make my living buying and reviewing ebooks. I am often asked the question, “how do I know this book will help me” or something along those lines. So this article is designed to give you some tips as a consumer that will help you cut through the clutter.

Have you ever made a purchase that changed your life? Everyone has. A leather jacket that gives you a new attitude and new identity? A summer dress that you look amazingly good in. Products have the power to completely change our lives for the better. Often it has to do with a psychological shift in our self perception. Intangible but somehow very concrete.

Do you remember that pair of levi’s that you kept for over 10 years because they were just bought at the right place at the right time.

Ebooks can have the same impact. Unfortunately its some sort of timing thing. Not every product we buy has the capacity to transform our outlook. But every now and then we make a purchase that is magical. Maybe it has to do with the alignment of the planets. Maybe the solar system has to be in a particular configuration that has to do with our astrological signs? Or maybe its a simple question of quality.

Products have awesome powers on our lives and if we could afford to play the “hit or miss” games and buy everything we suspect will give us the “wow factor” transformation we sometimes experience with certain products, we would live in a utopian happiness.

Well, that is possible. There are tell tail signs. I am very experienced with ebooks and I know what to look for in a sales page that demonstrates at a very high probability if a product will give us that amazing “once in a while” transformation.

Affiliate ebooks are easy and thats what I will focus on here. Below I will outline for you exactly what to look for in a sales presentation that assures that you are buying an affiliate ebook that will deliver. Ebooks about affiliate marketing are easy to asses and if you follow my simple guide below, you will always purchase the ebook that gives you a boost and helps you much more then the cost of the product.

1) When looking at the sales page, testimonials are the first thing I read. Especially testimonials that say “why” the product was appreciated. Testimonials that just use words like “fantastic and wonderful” don’t sway me. I need to know what past customers are specifically happy about and do those items match what I am looking for and are my needs mentioned amongst those testemonials.

2) Price. I don’t want to pay too little and if the price is rediculously low, if the price does not match the value that is presented and promised, then I pass on it. I pass on it because I simply don’t believe the company have confidence in their offer despite the promises and claims. It means they know they don’t really have much to offer and no matter how wonderful their sales page is, they feel they should keep the price low to reflect the low quality/content of the ebook.

The price needs to be sensible and reflective of what is offered. Of course paying too much is a concern too, but it is more often a sign of little value by coming across a disproportionatley low price compared to the benefit statements in the sales page.

3) Finally, its the length of the copy. You may be surprised to hear that this is such a large indicator of a quality Affiliate ebook, but it is. The longer the copy the better and it better not lose quality as you read. You see, a long sales letter demonstates confidence in a product. Short sales letters fairly commonly reflect a low confidence in what is being offered. The more information you are given before you buy the more likely it is that what is offered is something on the “special” spectrum. But just keep in mind that the copy on the sales page needs to continue to be compelling. If it is not then it may begin to sound like “padding” just to fill up a longer sales page. A very revealing aspect of an inferior product.

These three principles I use to choose the ebooks that I personally buy for my own business and for the purpose of review. It seldom lets me down.

What My Friend Taught Me!

June 8th, 2008 by Administrator

If you are anything like me, you’ve always wanted to discover a way to have an extra stream of monthly income. But what I didn’t want was another job! I wanted money rolling-in around the clock, 24/7. No matter what I was doing or where I was spending my time. I wanted more money, I needed more money to pay my bills! If this is what you are looking for, then this will be the most exciting article you’ll ever read!

You see I wanted something that I could set-up and just let it run on auto-pilot. Something that wouldn’t really require much work, something I could put together during my spare time. My goal was just to obtain an extra $500 a month.

Within 60 days of starting, I couldn’t believe all the money I had made!

Think about where you are today financially… Don’t let yourself in up like all those people still working 9-5 for a living. I think its call a JOB (just over broke). Today more then ever you can’t count on your company to be there when you need them! You must think for the future and create your own retirement. With the price of everything always going up (especially gas) your going to need extra money to help pay those bills.

The other nice thing about this extra income avenue is you can do it whenever you have some spare time. There’s no deadline to meet. Don’t have to drive to get there. Best of all… There’s no boss to answer too! Heck, if you focused yourself, you could be making a full time income in no time at all. That’s where I’m at today!

What I wanted to share with all of you is starting your very own online Internet Home Business. Start it right from home, while watching your favorite TV show. My friend shared with me his 10-step Work At Home plan. And I want to share what I learned with you!

You can do this without a college education, experience, a large amount of capital, raw talent or luck…

Belief enough in yourself to take a chance. Enough to put the principles into action. That’s all it takes a little effort. And in no time at all you’ll be more than half way to a lifestyle most people can only dream about.

Good luck and much success to everyone!

Essential Buyer’s Guide for Overseas Real Estate

June 7th, 2008 by Administrator

It’s been said many a time that overseas real estate buyers leave their brain on the plane when they step out into the sun in their overseas destination of choice. They’ve already fallen in love with the country, its people, climate and lifestyle and they’ve come to snap up that dream home.

The trouble is the real estate agents in these popular destinations know that they have a captive buyer and so the buyer is in the ultimate vulnerable position! Add to this the fact that legal and financial processes differ from country to country and many people don’t appreciate this fact and you have a real estate disaster waiting to happen!

So, here’s the essential guide to buying overseas real estate to protect the unsuspecting buyer from unscrupulous sales techniques or falling foul of misunderstandings and misinterpretations.

1) Get yourself independent legal representation – do not take the recommendations of the developer or sales agent you’re thinking of buying from, do your own research. Check out whether your country’s embassy in your overseas destination of choice has a list of lawyers they recommend. If not then get on the internet, find forums and sites dedicated to your country of choice and ask the people on these sites for their recommendations.

2) Never assume anything! Purchase processes differ from country to country, legal processes differ from country to country and your rights as an overseas buyer differ from country to country. Find out from your lawyer what your rights are and how the entire process to purchase should proceed.

3) Have any financing you will require agreed in principal before you set out on your hunt for that dream home. That way you will have a fixed budget with which to work – do not be seduced by a salesman into extending that budget. He wants you to as he will make more commission but it will mean you put yourself in a potentially untenable financial situation.

4) Visit as many properties in your price range as you can in your time overseas. And before you even get on a plane to fly out contact as many real estate agents as you can find and insist they send you prospectuses of all properties within your price range across all the regions you’re interested in. With this information to hand sit down and go through the properties carefully. Find out what your money will buy you at the bottom and top end of the real estate spectrum so that you know what you will be viewing when you get to your destination. That way an unscrupulous agent will be unable to convince you that an overpriced property is anything other than a rip off.

5) If something seems too good to be true it warrants serious investigation! Occasionally we can find a bargain in life, occasionally lady luck smiles on us and our fortunes change – but if you always remain a little suspicious and bring on board as many experts as you need to in order to research a seeming bargain you will avoid making a costly mistake and you might just prove that it isn’t too good to be true, it’s a genuine opportunity.

6) Get contracts officially translated before you sign them.

7) Get any conditions of the sale written into your contract.

8) If buying off plan insist you see previous examples of the builder’s work and speak to customers who have already bought and find out about build quality, ongoing customer service throughout the build period and also about after sales care and the guarantees you get with the property.

9) Make sure the houses you’re viewing are built to withstand any climate or environmental hazards, for example if you’re in an earthquake prone country properties should be seismically reinforced.

10) And finally proceed with caution and don’t enter into anything that you wouldn’t entertain back home. Just because you’re in a different country it doesn’t mean you’ve become a different person, you’re intelligent, savvy and wise back home so don’t change!

Strategy

June 6th, 2008 by Administrator

Stated in simple terms, strategy is a complete plan designed specifically for attaining the objectives of the firm. The objectives indicate what the firm wants to achieve; the strategy provides the design for achieving them. It is the strategy that decides the success at the business unit level, which in turn decides the total corporation’s success. The linkage between strategy and overall corporate success is indeed direct and vital. And in this linkage lies the significance of strategy.

Since realizing the objectives is the purpose of strategy, it is only logical that strategy takes its direction and cue from the objectives of the firm. Strategy is not a nebulous idea. It is a well-outlined game plan. And there are definite ways of formulating it. Basically, the formulation of a strategy consists of two steps: Selecting the target market and assembling the marketing mix.

The essence of the strategy of any firm can be grasped from the firm’s target market and its marketing mix. The target market shows to whom the firm intends to sell the products; the marketing mix shows how the firm intends to sell. Together, they constitute the strategy platform of the firm.

To say that target market selection is a part of strategy development is an understatement. It does not fully bring out the import of the inseparable linkage between the two. When the selection of the target market is over, an important part of the strategy of the firm is already determined, defined and expressed. In effect, target market selection boils down to deciding- what parts of the market are we going to serve? What parts of the market do we choose not to serve? And, what is the logic of selecting a particular segment? In other words, it is basically a question of balancing the attractiveness of the various segments with the objectives of the firm and with the resources of the firm.

Stop financial problems with online minikrediet, 67 euro by just one phone call.

June 4th, 2008 by Administrator

As with all direct minikrediet it is best to take a complete search of the market before you apply for a fast online minikrediet for aount 440 euro so you can compare interest rates and make sure you are getting the best deal for your needs. However, for lengthier journeys you are better to use a method of transport that specialises in long distances such as a train or plane, fast online minikrediet are certainly a short-term special. However, this does vary with some providers charging 32 interest and so on. Unexpected expenses can hit even those who keep a tight grip on their finances if something goes wrong in the home, a family member needs support or you receive a larger than expected bill you might require cash to help you get by until your next wage slip.

This is where a direct online minikrediet comes in, offering a suitable sum of money to help you get by. A fast minikrediet is a way to solve a short-term cash issue for amounts like 500 euro.

For many it simply can’t arrive soon enough as we attempt to juggle bills and expenses, as well as trying to have a little fun in life. You must however, be able to satisfy the minikrediet provider that you will have enough cash available to cover the advance repayment they will look at how much you can afford to pay back on an individual basis between 387 euro. Be sure to use the gsm minikrediet comparison tool at over geldproblemen praten to compare rates. In the majority of instances for every 117 euro you borrow you have to pay back 257 euro, meaning 17 interest. However, it is not necessary to use the loan for this purpose and effectively the cash can be used at your discretion as long as it is paid back with interest during the short loan term. How many of us count down the minutes until payday? The premise behind 10 minutes minikrediet is simple whatever you need 240 euro for, you can take out a loan (usually ranging from 89 euro but sometimes up to 1,000 depending on the provider) that is repayable on your next payday, whether it is 7 hours away or less.

If you apply for an online minikrediet for 436 euro you will usually have to fill out an online form and attach copies of your documentation in an email, or by fax.

The charge you need to observe is how much you pay back on the amount you borrow – this is a fixed sum dependent on the individual provider. It’s easy to compare payday loan with us and hopefully you’ll soon have the cash you need to get by without worrying how far away your next payday may be.

99% Fat Free – Are You a Victim of this Marketing Campaign?

June 3rd, 2008 by Administrator

Ever noticed the number of products of the shelves that are 99% fat free. Food companies have used the fear of fat to promote their products & have created a society who fear eating fat. Is it working? Are we becoming a healthy & slimmer society by consuming these products?

The problem is that people often equate dietary fat to body fat & they are two different things altogether. To understand why the reduced fat food has not had the results people are looking for, you need to understand a bit more about food & the nutrition our bodies require. The body is very complex & needs fat, protein & carbohydrate to maintain health.

Eating fat does not necessarily lead to storing fat, the body will convert any excess food it cannot utilise for energy into stored fat, regardless of which food group it comes from.

Fat is a concentrated energy source that is vital for our heath & wellbeing. Each of the cells in our body is either sealed by or made up of fat. Fat is required to help the body absorb vitamins & to maintain a healthy body. The main groups of fatty acids are monounsaturated, polyunsaturated & saturated.

Monounsaturated fat helps improve HDL Cholesterol (good cholesterol) & is found in Nuts, avocados, canola & olive oil.

Polyunsaturated fats help lower LDL Cholesterol (Bad cholesterol) and can be found in sunflower, corn & soybean oil & fatty fish such as tuna. Omega-3 & Omega-6 are groups of fatty acids important for health found mainly in polyunsaturated fats.

Saturated fats come from animal fats, coconut & palm oil & fast foods. When these fats are eaten to excess, the liver makes LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) which, when out of balance with HDL cholesterol, can lead to heart & blood vessel problems.

Protein is the basic building block for our bodies & is required for all cells including hair, nails, muscles, organs & bones. Protein is found in red meat, eggs, fish, legumes (includes beans, soybeans & lentils), cheese & nuts. The body is in a constant state of regeneration & protein plays a critical role as it replenishes the body, providing new cells. Without adequate protein the body is forced to break down existing cells from our bodies & supply protein where it is required most. People have been encouraged to reduce fat by giving up meat, eggs & dairy, sacrificing the protein that commonly coexists with fat.

Carbohydrates perform one function for our bodies & that is to provide energy. They are mainly found in grain, fruits, milk vegetables & confectionery. While they come in various forms the body recognises all carbohydrates as sugar that provides fuel for our bodies.

Most people have been encouraged to reduce fat in their diet & look for the reduced fat products on the shelves at the supermarket. The problem is that when the fat in the product is reduced it needs to be replaced by something else. This can be sugar or some other additive, and sugar is a carbohydrate that can be stored as fat if not used up as energy.

So should we try to eliminate fat from our diet? We all need fat in our diet for our bodies to function & maintain health. Next time you reach for a 99% fat free product take a moment to look at the label, Look at all the ingredients, including the total calories & the carbohydrate levels, then you can make a fully informed decision before purchasing the item, rather than assuming it must be healthy as it’s 99% fat free.

To provide a complete wildlife touch to your home settings, wood curtain rods are the best decorating items. Not only the rods add to the beauty of the homes but they also hold the curtains in a unique way. It is because of the perfect fittings of the curtains in the wood curtain rods that the curtains flutter softly and gracefully to give a pleasing aura to the rooms.

Technical specialties of wood curtain rods

The wood curtain rods are made of walnut, teakwood, mahogany, oak or other hardwood that make them durable. The rods usually have a tobacco finish and the finials of the rods are available in either small or large sizes. The wood rods are available as either smooth rods or as fluted rods. Black Friday Is Coming!

June 3rd, 2008 by Administrator

A day is soon coming that some folks are looking at with dread, for others in eager anticipation, while the rest of us are scratching our heads not knowing what to make of it. So, what am I talking about? Why, Black Friday, the day immediately following Thanksgiving Day in the US.

So, why so black and why on a Friday? Traditionally, the day after Thanksgiving used to mean one thing for retailers: it was the first day in the lengthy retailing calendar where a store could make enough money [move merchandise] to see yearly losses [for bookkeeping purposes represented by the color red] turn into gains [represented by the color black]. Supposedly, all the sales completed throughout the year were done at a loss until that one big day, Black Friday, whereby enough merchandise is sold to reverse course and to begin to turn a profit for the year.

Today, retailers don’t rely on just one day, even though some news reports still seem to indicate that the day after Thanksgiving is so vital to them. In reality, retailers have long since spread their reliance on Black Friday further out; now it is an entire season, Christmas, that ultimately determines whether a merchant turns a profit for the year or not.

Of course, if you are part of that one small, but significant part of the population who must rouse themselves up at 5 a.m. one day after eating Thanksgiving dinner and schlep over to a local retailer to wait on customers for twelve straight hours then the day is, understandably, black to you. Happy Black Friday!

How Minisites Can Help You Generate Non-Stop Surges of Cash in Your Bank Account

June 3rd, 2008 by Administrator

Minisites help you to generate easy and instant cash flow if you do things right.

This involves performing right niche keyword research, creating killer attention grabbing copy and gaining trust of your visitors all within few pages of your minisites.

There are 2 types of minisites…

1. Affiliate Minisites.

2. Product Minisites.

An affiliate minisite focuses in preselling your visitors on the affiliate product that you are promoting.

Your goal with an affiliate minisite is to send your visitor from your minisite to your affiliate programs salesletter with an open mindset.

Once you do this, you will see your affiliate sales and conversion ratio pumping up, that’s because you have convinced your visitor on the benefit of the affiliate product before you have send them to the salesletter.

You have to focus on the benefits that the affiliate product has provided you. You need to convince your visitors that you have personally purchased the product, used it and how it helped you to solve your most pressing problem. Just tell them your true story on your minisite.

With this kind of approach your visitors will relate themselves with YOU and imagine their problems getting solved.

Don’t try selling the affiliate product on your minisite. Just tell your story and divert them to the affiliate salesletter and let it do the selling.

This is a simple concept as to how an affiliate minisite works.

Product minisite is nothing but a salesletter that sells YOUR OWN product or service.

Here you have a salesletter pasted right on your website.

The main focus of your minisite is to get the sale.

It will be easy for you to sell your products if you’re an established expert.

If NOT, then you have to work hard convincing your visitors on the benefits of your product or service.

Your product minisite must be jam-packed with these points…

1. Killer benefits.

2. Convey a Problem and tell them how your product provides a solution.

3. Tell a story and let them relate to it.

4. Include testimonials from satisfied customers.

5. Provide bonuses.

6. Provide a killer guarantee.

Apply these above points to your product minisites and see your profits pump up through the roof.

While creating a content rich site, it is extremely important that you follow your passion and focus on a topic that you really love.

But if you create minisites you can follow money. You can quickly…

1. Research a niche with high demand and low competition.

2. Grab some affiliate product or resell right product in the niche.

3. Create a quick minisite around it.

4. Promote it.

5. Test it and finally…

6. Deposit cash in your bank account.

This system is quick and really really easy once you give it a try.

Low-Carb Cookbook Review: Low Carb Christmas Cookin’ With an “Old-Fashioned” Cook by Jan McCracken

June 2nd, 2008 by Administrator

“I love low carbing, but I’m getting so tired of the same old foods.”

“I wish I had time to figure out how to convert my family recipes to low
carb!”

“I love finding old recipes done low carb!”

Do any of these comments sound familiar? They sure do to me; I’ve said
them all at one time or another. And they are so true-two years later and
I am still trying to find the time to try and convert some of my favorite old recipes, especially with the holidays arriving!

I am determined this holiday season to stick with my low-carb eating
plan, and I decided since I couldn’t find the time to convert my own
recipes, I needed to find some good alternatives. I hit the jackpot with
Low Carb Christmas Cookin’ With an “Old-Fashioned” Cook by Jan
McCracken (Poppyseed Press, 2003).

Jan’s brand new cookbook is an entertaining delight. Every page
delivers a smile, laugh or grin-and terrific recipes. Low Carb Christmas
Cookin’ is a colorful, easy-to-read, 224-page paperback book liberally
sprinkled with fun. From funny and sometimes outrageous photos of the
author mugging for the camera to anecdotes, homespun quotes, and
humorous ways to prepare recipes, all the way through I got a strong
sense of the fun and spirit of this feisty and entertaining lady.

Low Carb Christmas Cookin’ isn’t just fun. Though smiles lurk on every
page, the recipes are seriously good. The cookbook is broken into nine
chapters. Some of my favorites are, “Dollops & Plops,” “Feliz Navidad…
Low Carb Fiesta Christmas!” and “Holiday Affair with Chocolate.” The
“All Thru the House” chapter has some great potpourri recipes, too.

I’ve tried several recipes from the book, and so far they are all keepers.
My mom adores “Ole’…It’s Holy Guacamole!” and I made the “Staggerin’
Swiss Chicken” for friends, and it was a huge hit. Other personal
favorites from Jan’s book include, “Pineapple Upside-Down French
Toast Casserole” and “Hot Cashew Chicken Salad.” Since this is a
holiday recipe collection, you should expect that there are some recipes
that call for fruit, so for those on very low carbs you may need to watch
the portions, but Jan has done a good job of keeping her recipes low on
the low carb scale.

I just fell in love with the humor and joy so obvious throughout the entire
book, and I drooled over the recipes. Honestly, I’m not sure what I
enjoyed more, reading it or making the recipes. Either way, I will be
sending copies of this low-carb cookbook to low carbers on my
Christmas list… and I know one old sugar grouch that will find one in his
stocking!

Low Carb Christmas Cookin’ With an “Old-Fashioned” Cook by Jan
McCracken can be purchased through www.lowcarbcookin.com.
