This month is host to many different types of events; the most beloved of the 2 are at utterly different ends of the spectrum, London Fashion Week and The Brit Awards 2009

Both are highly known and have turned into somewhat of institution & regular year on year occasion.

London Fashion Week takes place in New York, Milan and Paris, the most designer and respected cities in the world. The initial Fashion Week was in New York, in 1943 and was held intended to draw concentrated attention away from Paris fashion style during World War II when fashion rage experts were unable to travel to Paris to look over the French Fashion shows. The long awaited tremendous Fashion Week normally takes place in Feb, this is just plainly an opening for artistic designers both famous names like Gucci & up & coming undeveloped designers to make an exhibition of their latest collections assortments on the runway. This then gives fashion & store buyers an opening to take notes of what is certainly to be in demand this coming season. Fashion Week begins with NYC, Fashion Week followed speedily by the capitals Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week and then lastly French Fashion Week. The British Phonographic Industry also well known as The Brits is the annual latest pop music awards. The awards went on the go in 1977 & took place in the Royal Albert Hall in London The awards initially televised on BBC One it’s now aired on ITV. The Brits are watched by hundreds and hundreds of folk year on year and are also shown live every year. 2009’s Brit Awards are promised to be amazing and with famous performers such as Kings of Leon, Duffy and Girls Aloud performing there your going to be in for a fantastic night, and you be please to know it wont stop there though. This years Brit Award Presenters are the amusing Gavin & Stacey’s, James Corden & Mathew Horne and the stunning Kylie so you are also going to be in for a laugh too.
