Brazil is likely to benefit from people taking out travel insurance cover, packing their bags and jumping on a plane to visit it over the next 12 months, it has been suggested.Paul Collins, property editor for BuyAssociation.co.uk, stated Brazil is not hard to get to from the UK.He said it takes around six hours to fly from Britain to the north-east of the country.Mr Collins said Brazil’s economy is doing “pretty well” due to the efforts of the government, which has been stockpiling currency and ensuring that it does not “overstretch” itself. As such, the country is in a “pretty good” economic position in comparison to a number of other economies around the world.”It is one of those places that looks set to do pretty well this year,” the sector commentator concluded.According to BuyAssociation, Brazil has also proved popular with retirees, those looking to acquire holiday homes and other investors.All-inclusive holidays are popular with travel insurance customers as they allow people to make a budget before they head off to enjoy their break, according to an industry analyst.Bob Atkinson, travel expert from online comparison service Travelsupermarket.com, explains that given the current economic climate, consumers are keeping a close eye on their purse strings. He states by taking such a holiday, people are able to identify exactly how much they will spend per person and the only outgoings on top of the original costs will be “a few incidentals” as everything is included in the cost of the trip.
